To address the discrepancy between invoice numbers in RealBooks and the GST portal within the GSTR 2B Report, we have now added an Excel upload feature to facilitate the replacement of specific invoice numbers.
Seamless Correction Process: This feature streamlines the correction process, allowing for a bulk update of invoice numbers without manual intervention. It addresses the mismatched entries by aligning the invoice numbers in RealBooks with those on the GST portal.
How to Upload:
1. Go to Import Menu
2. Select GSTR2B Invoice Rectification
3. Download the Excel Template
4. Prepare the data
5. Browse and Upload.
