Send Email Option in Purchase Order Status Report

In the Purchase Order Status Report, you can now find an added option to send emails directly, eliminating the need to navigate to the Purchase Order edit screen. This improvement enhances efficiency, allowing you to manage your communication seamlessly from within the Order Status Report interface.

Where to navigate:

  1. 1. Go to Purchase Order Report
    2. Search Date
    3. Click on the Gear Icon available beside the order row
    4. Tap on Mail Invoice, the pop-up shall open
    5. Insert the required details and click on Send.
