Accounting on RealBooks is super simple and team adoption was smooth, specially considering they were used to other solutions. Our team specially love the document attachment feature, which helps to maintain 100% of accounts digitally on cloud. There is no need to physically retrieve documents as they are online 24×7. During this pandemic working from home was very seamless due to above. We are able to access documents, reports, dashboards on the go using mobile and web both. Another interesting part is the automated emails / follow-up with clients, which helps to reduce manual workload. It has a right blend to handle complex operations with multiple locations, business units (GST’s), and remote working.
