We have introduced a new feature to enhance your transaction management. With this update, you can now assign a common Link ID to transactions that are interconnected. This enables you to group and track related transactions more efficiently. Additionally, a summarised report for transactions sharing the same Link ID is now available under the New Link Report, providing a consolidated view for improved analysis and management.
How to Configure:
Go to settings>Configuration>Accounts>General>Link Transaction – Enable the Toggle
Enable the Link toggle in the Ledger Master
How to Assign:
On the transaction screen, when we select the particular ledger, link option will be displayed
Assign the link ID in this field
Repeat the same process for all the related transactions (using the same link ID)
How to view the Report
Go to Reports>Accounts>Daily Reports>Link Status
