RealBooks allows you to import IBT transactions through a file upload process, streamlining data entry and saving time. However, the lack of an “Acknowledgement Number” field during IBT import might have caused inconsistencies with other voucher import functionalities.
RealBooks bridges the gap by introducing an acknowledgment number field into the IBT import user interface (UI) screen. This field, already available for Accounts and Inventory Voucher imports, ensures a consistent user experience and data structure across all import functions.
