Sale Analysis Report

A Sale Analysis report helps the user to track the movement of the goods in the inventory and plan the procurement of the inventory accordingly.

Go to Reports⇒ Inventory⇒ Sales Cycle⇒ Sales Analysis

Sale analysis report path

A Sale Analysis Report page opens. By default, the report page is set to Fast Moving. This variation of the Sales Analysis report helps the user to view all the items that are moving out at a faster pace.

1. Item Search Type- This field contains 2 dropdowns

     a. Item Wise – This helps the user to search the data based on the items.

     b. Item Group Wise – This helps the user to search the data based on the item group.

2. Item Search – Search and select the item.

3. Godown Search – This field helps to filter data based on any Godown or all data can be searched at once by selecting the Godown as ALL.

4. From date to date – Set the date range for which the transactions need to be searched.

5. Quick Search – This helps the user search for a particular item’s name.

6. Export icon – To export the data select the appropriate template from the EXPORT dropdown list.

Click on search and the data will be displayed.

To access different types of Reports under Sales Analysis (namely, report variation) click on the Fast-moving option on the left-hand side of the page.

1. Sale Analysis (Slow Moving)

This variation of the Purchase Register helps the user to view all the items that are moving out at a slower pace.

This variation of the Purchase register helps the user to view all the items that are stagnant and are blocking the working capital.
